School Visits

The Halle of La Machine is a place that tells the story of the making of our shows. The Halle is home to the Company La Machine’s stable of show machines. Let’s discover Halle de la Machine with your pupils !

Our Veritable Machinists accompany the public in the discovery of this extraordinary universe. Whether you want to discuss mythology and chimeras, the performing arts or the functioning of technical objects with your students, a visit to the Halle is the perfect opportunity to learn in a fun way.

Prepare your visit in three steps

1/ Book your visit with our Charming Welcome

2/ Receive educational content to prepare for your visit with your students.

3 / Discover the Halle on the big day, accompanied by a Veritable Machinist. Indicative duration of the visit : approximately 1 hour. Independently : your students, equipped with an investigation booklet, will go to the heart of the Halle, in search of clues allowing them to master the concepts covered and will become Veritable Experts of our stable of machines.

You can also take advantage of multilingual tours with our Véritables Machinistes, who come from all over the world and most of whom are multilingual. La Halle de La Machine offers you the chance to combine business with pleasure by taking your pupils to discover the whimsical world of the Cie la Machine in foreign languages (Spanish-English). Visits in German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese or even French sign language are also possible (subject to availability).

As part of the Parcours Petite Enfance, the Halle is also offering visits specially adapted for very young children.

During certain periods, the Halle of La Machine also offers more technical thematic visits during which you follow the Veritable Veterinarians and the builders in order to discover the secrets of construction and maintenance of the Minotaur and the mechanical bestiary.
