After the success of Le Gardien du Temple – La Porte des Ténèbres, which drew nearly 1.2 million spectators to the streets of Toulouse in October 2024, Compagnie La Machine and the Halle de La Machine are highlighting the collective work behind the creation of such a show. Through this new scenography, we want to showcase the men and women who work behind the scenes to make an entire city dream. We want to retrace the stages of this unique collective adventure, from the initial outline of a script to the composition of the music, from the making of the costumes to the work on lighting and effects.

After their dark adventures in the streets of Toulouse, the three protagonists of Opus II of the Guardian of the Temple are back at the Halle de La Machine. From 15 February to 9 June, Lilith surprises us with a prolonged return to Toulouse. The Guardian of Darkness will be waking up several times a day: you’ll be able to see her icy eyes open every day during the February holidays and at weekends in May. On other days, Lilith will be sleeping peacefully. Come and marvel at the sculpted details and chiselled workings of Lilith.

Open Tuesday to Sunday – 10 am to 6 pm
NB: Lilith will be inside the Halle de La Machine, visible to ticketed visitors. She will wake up several times a day at weekends and during the holidays. We say ‘waking’ to mean that her head and arms are set in motion by True Machinists. She does not move around the Hall.
